第二次债权人会议公告

根据天津市青龙建筑安装工程有限公司的申请，河北省乐亭县人民法院于2019年2月14日作出（2019）冀0225破申1号之一民事裁定书，裁定受理河北布鲁弗雷新能源科技有限公司的破产申请，并于2019年5月24日指定河北三和时代律师事务所担任管理人。根据《最高人民法院关于企业破产案件信息公开的规定（试行）》第十一条“人民法院、破产管理人可以在破产重整案件信息网召集债权人会议并表决有关事项。网上投票形成的表决结果与现场投票形成的表决结果具有同等法律效力”的规定，乐亭县人民法院定于2021年12月20日上午9：30时，采取网络会议方式召开河北布鲁弗雷新能源科技有限公司破产清算案第二次债权人会议。

依法申报债权的债权人有权参加债权人会议，债权人在2021年12月20日之前，会收到全国企业破产重整案件信息网12368平台，发送短信通知的账号和密码，参会人员可自行选择使用电脑或者手机参会。为确保会议当天顺利参会，请收到账号和密码后务必登录会议进行测试，电脑端需要登录“全国企业破产重整案件信息网”（https://pccz.court.gov.cn）点击破产重整案件信息网首页右下角会议浮动框中的【进入测试】，进行会议测试。手机端需要通过搜索微信小程序【债权人会议】，输入账号密码进行测试。测试成功后请勿随意更换参会设备和网络。

正式会议当日，请参会人员务必再次登录系统，通过网络观看会议直播和投票表决。
