第一次债权人会议公告

2022年6月23日，唐山市中级人民法院根据李忠苓的申请，作出（2021）冀02破申12号民事裁定书，裁定受理唐山星宇复合肥有限公司破产清算一案。2022年11月10日，唐山市中级民法院作出（2021）冀02破申12号之二民事裁定书，裁定本案由河北省玉田县人民法院审理。玉田县人民法院指定河北天佳会计师事务所有限公司担任管理人。

根据《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第六十二条第二款之规定，管理人向债权人会议主席提议定于2025年8月7日上午9：00时在破易云平台线上召开唐山星宇复合肥有限公司破产清算案第二次债权人会议。请债权人准时参会，具体的参会方式详见管理人发布的债权人会议通知书。
